Acceptance

By using VoiceInvoice you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Subscriptions

VoiceInvoice offers optional premium features via subscription. Purchases are processed by Google Play; you can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via the Play Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Your content

Invoices, clients, and business details you create are yours. They are stored locally on your device. Voice recordings you make are sent to our transcription and invoice-extraction providers solely to build your invoice, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to break it, or use it unlawfully.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. VoiceInvoice is a billing tool, not tax or legal advice — you are responsible for the accuracy of invoices you send.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use of the app means acceptance of the changes.
